I’m naturally curious about what happens beneath the surface. I want to understand why a system behaves a certain way, where its information comes from, and what its limits are. That understanding helps me turn complex system behavior into clear, accurate information, so people know what’s happening and what they can do next.
It also helps me work more thoughtfully with developers. When a design runs into a technical constraint, I want to understand what makes it difficult and explore what we could change together. Sometimes a different interaction, flow, or way of presenting information can still meet the user’s need. Understanding the constraints gives me a stronger role in shaping what’s possible.
